No water
- Open the stopcocks to ensure there is water supply from the valves

No cooling from AC units
- Check the thermostat mode and make sure it is set to cool
- Check the AC distribution board for the ELCB and MCB and make sure they are turned on

No electricity
- Check the fuse box and make sure the switches have not tripped
- If the fuse box is fine, contact the electricity board (DEWA) or building facilities to ensure they have not turned off the power in the neighborhood or building
